Who Are We
We
are a team of experienced and licensed professionals in the areas of taxation,
audit, estate/gift taxation, tax litigation, and financial planning. Our
professionals are licensed Enrolled Agents, equipped with tax knowledge to
handle any tax or IRS problem. Our licensed life insurance specialists and
investment advisors are here to assist our clients with their immediate and long
term financial needs. Our skilled and experienced attorneys specialize in tax
litigation, offshore tax shelters, and assist our clients with all matters of
incorporation. We leave no dollar unaccounted for, if you have an income, we are

Our Managing Director
Parastoo Banisaeid has over a decade of diverse
experience in the fields of accounting, audit, taxation, estate planning,
financial planning and risk management. Her career has gradually progressed
through various opportunities ranging from insurance and financial consulting at
Prudential Financial, to Financial Planner and the Director of strategic
alliance with a midsize boutique invest firm on Long Island, to most recently
working at the international accounting firm of KPMG.
Parastoo has extensive experience advising clients on activities regarding
financial plans, conducting reviews and analysis on assets, liabilities, and
financial goals. She has managed client risk positions by creating detailed tax
and estate plans in conjunction with attorneys, and other financial specialist,
while utilizing Trusts and financial products to help minimize client's estate
tax position. Parastoo's experience at KPMG has allowed her to oversee and
participate in planning, execution, organization, and completion of various
audit engagements including some of the most prestigious and recognizable
fortune 500 companies in the world, as well as working on various Government,
Universities, Hospitals, and Not-for-profit entities on Long Island. While
consulting for law and accounting firms, she has supplemented her diverse
experience by working on IRS audits, including full scale individual and
business audits, installment agreements, Offer in Compromises, overseeing and
filling individual and business tax returns.
Parastoo received her
bachelor's degree from SUNY Stony Brook and her Masters in Accounting from SUNY
Old Westbury. She is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal
Revenue Service, in all 50 states.
